10 Fenchurch Street

10 Fenchurch Avenue is a new 15 storey development providing commercial office space and retail use at the lower levels; it includes a public passageway and a public roof garden and terrace. Szerelmey were contracted for the design, supply and installation of Moon Grey limestone flooring to the reception areas and lift lobbies, with black basalt plinths. We laid approximately 700 sqm of flooring using a raised calcium sulphate system and traditional sand and cement.
