Szerelmey was responsible for the £1.5 million hard landscaping package incorporating new and reclaimed Yorkstone paving. In addition Szerelmey detailed, procured and fixed 4600 sq m of French blue grey granite paving and cladding for the Vaults and Pump house buildings.
