Szerelmey undertook the design, procurement, delivery and fixing of approximately 2500 square metres of handset Portland stone across 18 different elevations of the building from the ground to first floor levels. In addition Szerelmey created five different, unique and bespoke water features and designed the associated mechanical and engineering works. The magnificent water features and surrounding hard landscaping incorporate York stone, Chinese granite, African granite and basalt paving and setts over a total area of approximately 3000 square metres.
