Residential Interiors

We have been contracted for the internal stonework for 54 apartments, a duplex and the pent house on this prestigious new development. The specification for this development is extremely high end. The stonework includes flooring and wall cladding for all of the bathrooms, corridor areas, communal areas and lift lobbies. In the bathrooms, the following stone were used: Tundra Grey, Filetto Light, Grigio Danilo, La Facciata, Statuarietto, Blue Gris, Bianco Nuevo, Fior di Bosco and Crema Marfil. We installed all of the flooring and wall cladding, in addition to the vanity tops and bath surrounds. The remaining flooring in the corridors, communal areas and lift lobbies were delivered in the following stones: Black Emperador, Tundra Grey, Burdur Beige, Calacatta Oro, Jet Mist, Romano Classico Travertine. In total we will be installing 5156 sqm of stone to the bathrooms, 2800 sqm in the 3 reception/foyer area, 19 lift lobbies and 3 feature staircases and 1300 sqm to the front of house area.
