Aga Khan Centre

This building forms part of the Kings Cross Central regeneration project, which is one of the largest in Europe. The site includes commercial, residential and retail buildings incorporated into new public spaces and parks – all set against the backdrop of the industrial heritage site.

Building R1 comprises a 9 storey residential block providing upmarket student accommodation. Szerelmey undertook the internal stonework including the Romano Silver Travertine flooring installed on a raised access system with underfloor heating and Travertine wall cladding.
