11 Bressenden Place and 160 Victoria Street are two new office developments, in Victoria. Szerelmey have installed the stone flooring and walling for both. Under floor heating was laid first followed by a diamond patterned Spanish Moon Grey floor to the grand entrance reception of both buildings.
Szerelmey installed the support system for the eight metre high walling followed by the large, individual Travertine elements, each 1500 x 750mm, individually supported and restrained back. These large stone pieces were book matched to create a stunning visual effect. The Company also supplied the stone for the reception desks in both buildings.
Wet trades were employed for the ground floors while all other office floors were installed using a raised flooring system in units. A special lightweight system of flooring incorporating an aluminium honeycomb backing was used in the lift cars to reduce the weight. Szerelmey also installed a recessed fireplace feature in travertine to the reception area of the Victoria Street building.
