Szerelmey completely cleaned and restored the front facade of this elegant building on St Martin Le Grand some years ago. Recently the company was again contracted to clean the rear elevation of the building that backs onto Foster Lane. Szerelmey erected fully sheeted scaffolding to all floors before hand cleaning the Portland stone exterior using water. A number of small in situ stone repairs were also carried out.
