The Szerelmey Restoration team, acting as Principle Contractor, were engaged to undertake a complete external refurbishment of the facades. This included removing the existing external render and the addition of a new brick-effect render facing to the facades and the courtyard walling. The team also added new metal railings to the roof terrace.
