Get Fit for Summer Charity Competition

We have launched some fantastic competitions as a part of Stress Awareness month and to raise money for our chosen local charity, Royal Trinity Hospice who are the oldest hospice in the UK. It is their 130th anniversary this year. This lovely charity has a long history of providing support for those and their families at the end of their life. They have made a huge difference to thousands of people over these years.

Szerelmey is combining raising money for this amazing charity with encouraging our team to get fit for summer and beat stress! We have two great competitions, one for couch to 5K and one for our speedier members, a flat dash of 10K. Most of us have been hiding all winter attached to the radiator, eating crisps, so these competitions really will be a bit of a challenge!!

We are holding the competitions over 8 weeks and will be posting pictures and running stats along the way.

Please visit our donations page, and support us by donating generously: https://bit.ly/2QsEOqc

Every donation will certainly make a difference to Royal Trinity Hospice services and help them to continue to provide free care and make every moment matter for their patients and those of their loved ones.

Stay tuned to our Linkedin and Just Giving pages to see our latest updates on the competition progress.
