On National Stress Awareness Day, a number of us attended a Stress Management Webinar. The lovely and talented Melissa Re from Joyful-Living spoke about various strategies and exercises in the 60 minute virtual session to help manage stress whilst working from home, which was very well received!! 2020 has been a difficult year for many of us and we may be feeling burned-out, tired and stressed by the restrictions we have had to follow, and with those coming back into play today. Stress, anxiety and depression are the biggest cause of sickness absence in our society. Mental ill health is responsible for 91 million working days lost every year.

We have Posters available in 4 different languages for Mental Health First Aiders and Mental Health and Wellbeing.
