Regent House Work in Progress Video
Watch this short video of our Regent House site as it begins to near completion. Regent House is a fantastic mixed use development project that occupies a prestigious island site on the corner of George Street and Edgeware Road. The site team are finishing up the installation of an interesting mixed material facade, which comprises Portuguese Moleanos, Branco Real limestone cladding with blue glazed faience window surrounds on the Edgeware Road facade and a honed SPI granite plinth. Szerelmey installed all the SFS supporting structure and associated membranes. The SFS incorporated heavy duty steel frames to support the stone to overcome the challenges of supporting units when constructing with a post-tensioned concrete frame. We are also installing a faience clad Porte Cochere or carriage drop-off.
Szerelmey specialises in traditional and contemporary natural stone, faience and terracotta cladding, brickwork, glazed brick, pyrolave, precast concrete and engineered composites, and can facilitate any facade design, full wall build ups, internals, hard landscaping and restoration and refurbishment. Our in house Design team are able to find solutions for the most complex projects.
