Szerelmey delivered the external stone package of works for Holland Park Villas, a substantial, high-end residential development in Holland Park. The scope of works involved two separate packages; the first included the SFS system, fire barriers and external stone cladding, and the second, the hard landscaping. The external stone cladding comprises 4800m3 Branco Imperial with a honed finish, a pale cream Portuguese limestone. Substantial solid stone spandrels are being installed at each floor level, measuring 400mm high x 200mm wide with lengths varying between 1.1-1.5m long; each spandrel was manufactured in one piece. These substantial pieces are fixed back into Ancon channels using T bolts. In between the spandrels, stone panels were installed at 50mm thick and fixed back with stainless steel restraints. Szerelmey are also responsible for 700m2 of brick facade, as well as installing 80 glass panels for 63 Juliette balconies.
