Szerelmey installed all the internal faience cladding, external faience cladding and Portland stone soffits.

In addition, we laid the terrazzo flooring throughout the reception area, lift lobbies and corridors, hand basins, troughs and flooring in the lavatories and the grand reception desk. Lastly, we installed two grand Portland stone and granite entrances one on Regent Street and one on New Burlington Street.
