Faience Installation

Szerelmey are currently on site at Carey Street installing substantial faience units to all the window surrounds of this new build 10 storey residential block, designed by PLP architects. The faience, with its “lace” pattern beige and white glaze has been supplied by US manufacturer Boston Valley Terra Cotta, with whom Szerelmey have also recently completed the Rathbone Passageways and 30 Broadwick Street.

In addition to the faience, Szerelmey installed all the SFS backing structure and are installing all the British Stanton Moor sandstone and Portuguese Moleanos cladding across the building. Further to the cladding, we are installing 400 prefabricated, post-tensioned sandstone columns from levels 1-5.
