A Visit to the One Bishopsgate Plaza
One Bishopsgate Plaza is an interesting project, involving new build and restoration work, which we are currently delivering for Lendlease. We visited the site recently to take “work in progress” shots of the ongoing construction. The existing historic facade has been stripped of paint will be restored shortly. A new facade to match the historic one has been erected and we are currently installing finely carved bath stone, with granite columns and ornate detailing. A further facade that replicates a historic one no longer in existence will be clad in faience in the coming weeks.
Szerelmey Restoration offers a full range of restoration, conservation, refurbishment and remodelling services associated with principal and subcontracting.
