Szerelmey is raising money for Breast Cancer Now – a UK breast cancer charity
Szerelmey and Lendlease have teamed up to raise awareness of, and money for, the charity Breast Cancer Now, as part of Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Breast Cancer Now provides world-class research and life-changing care for people affected by breast cancer. There is also a wealth of information on their website – including how to access support and how to check your breasts. Find out more at breastcancernow.org.
Working together at Camden Town Hall, Lendlease have painted some of the hoardings pink and put up posters encouraging people going past to donate to the charity and to raise awareness of the information and advice they provide. Please consider donating by here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/szerelmey-ltd2
On Friday 22 October everyone on site will be donning a pink high viz vest donated by Safetec Direct to raise awareness for this vital cause. Thank you to Safetec Direct for providing the vests. Throughout October Szerelmey have been doing a series of events to raise money, kicking off with a cake sale and culminating with Principal Designer Mark Walden having his head shaved by our Office Manager, Holly Cooling. Two of our sites have also supported us with Camden Town Hall and Lendlease the first to turn pink, and 50 Finsbury Square and Mace following suit in a couple of weeks.
