What is it: Faience is literally just glazed terracotta and terracotta is “baked clay.”
Characteristics: gloss or matt finishes available and virtually any colour with a wide-ranging variety of pattern and surface texture. Great flexibility in shape and profile, durable and easy to clean.
Suitability: External or internal cladding installed as fully grouted or open-jointed rainscreen, spas.
